Internship Details:

• Duration: 4 to 6 months at Delta Electronics Thailand (flexible based on your availability)
• Location: Internship placement available at either our Samutprakarn or Chachoengsao plant.

Student Qualifications:

• We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who fit either of these criteria:

1. Students in their 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
2. Students in their 3rd or 4th year specializing in Chinese studies or related fields.

• Co-ordinate with other department development to automation machine in process to be high quality
• To search new technology for tooling and equipment to use in production line
• To develop automation machine for increase work efficiency
• To make job specification and drawing to section head for approve and send to order
• Follow up automation project for achieve the target
• To design automation project and setup machine prototype
• To training and follow up automation project transfer to technician support line

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or other related field
• At least 3 years of working experience related field
• Good command of both spoken and written English

• Assume the role of the mechanical designer responsibility, in the area of part/product quality and testing assurance.
• Perform project scheduling, costing & quality plan & strategy.
• Communication with customer for product specification & design.
• Coordinate with QE/Safety member regarding testing procedure & specification to ensure product is tested correctly.
• Design & develop mechanical enclosure & packaging for power supply unit.
• Create drawing, Bill of Material, Operation Standard for assembly & qualification of part design. Support Power Supply making process during development cycle on mechanical issue.
• Technical support for DET model introduction, in term part quality & PSU assembly matter.
• Issue & update document for design change, revise drawing & issue design change notice

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or other related field
• At least 1 years of working experience in automation machine design or development
• Computer expertise: Solid Work, inventor, AutoCAD 3D and 2D Drawing
• Excellent time management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, able to speak in Chinese is a plus

Your main role is to:

• Act as the main point of contact for all union-related matters and negotiations. 
• Collaborate with union leaders to address concerns, disputes, and grievances. 
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws. 
• Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements to HR policies and practices. 
• Work closely with Leadership team to develop and update policies that align with both legal   requirements and union agreements. 
• Provide guidance on HR policies to ensure consistency and fairness in unionized environments. 
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and contract renewals. 
• Advise on strategies to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining positive labor relations. 
• Maintain accurate records of union activities, negotiations, and agreements. 
• Ensure proper documentation of all HR compliance efforts. 
• Manage and resolve disputes between management and union representatives. 
• Investigate and address employee grievances in collaboration with legal counsel. 
• Develop and implement HR Compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. 
• Investigate and address employee complaints or concerns related to HR Compliance. 

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor Degree OR Master Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relation, Psychology or any other related field. 
• A minimum 10 years’ experience in Plant HR management Field 
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Union Management fields, Expertise in Collective Bargain and negotiation 
• *In-Depth knowledge of Labor Laws, Collective Bargain Agreement.
• Strong Personality with Tough Attitude. 

Job Overview:

• As an HRIS & OD professional you will be responsible for laying the bedrock of Delta SEA region's rapid growth from both System(HRIS) & Strategic Planning(OD) point of view. 
• You will be responsible for the integration of cutting-edge digital tools and technologies to revolutionize HR operations. Your expertise in tools like RPA and PowerBI, combined with strong technical project management skills, will streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and empower HR professionals with advanced analytics. 
• Join us in collaboration with HR professionals and IT teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HRIS Management:

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS software, ensuring data integrity, security, and system functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users regarding HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
• Stay updated on system upgrades and new features, assess their potential impact, and implement necessary changes or enhancements.

1. Data Management:

• Manage employee data within the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other personnel changes.
• Develop and maintain data standards, protocols, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends for decision-making purposes.

1. Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system automation and integration with other business systems.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.

1. Digital Tools Empowerment:

• Design & Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and provide ongoing support for existing users.
• Lead the implementation of digital tools to enhance HR capabilities, such as RPA, PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
• Design & Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower HR staff in using new digital tools effectively.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and support mechanism for HRIS and other digital tools.

1. Organization Development:

• Assist in the management of SEA region's Organization Structure.
• Assist in the SEA region's Annual Budget Headcount planning
• Facilitate SEA region's KPI setting & evaluation, keeping track on monthly basis 
• Main contact for the SEA region's Authority Approval management

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• English Proficiency both written and speaking is required
• Thai Proficiency both written and speaking is required
• Minimum proven experience of 0-4 years working in the Technical Project Management or HR Organization Management
• Experience with advance digital tools/data analytics is a plus (RPA, Power platforms, SQL...)
• HRIS software experience, such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems knowledge is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams with Technical & non-Technical background and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. (URS => SRS)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
