Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement company policies related to employee relations.
  • Develop and manage policies and Company rules and regulations to be efficient and up to date

Your main role is to:

Litigations:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising notice letters, settlement agreements, and a plaint, petitions, summons for submitting to the court.
  • Getting involved in all litigation and dispute resolution for legal proceedings of the courts, to protect the organization's interests.
