2025 Year in Review: Accelerating a Smarter, Greener Future

In 2025, Delta Electronics (Thailand) cemented its position at the forefront of the global transition toward sustainability and intelligent industry. From earning recognition as Thailand’s most valuable electronics brand to pioneering "grid-to-chip" AI power solutions, our milestones this year reflect a steadfast commitment to innovation and responsible growth.

As we reflect on the past twelve months, we see a narrative defined by strategic partnerships, technological breakthroughs, and an unwavering investment in the next generation of talent. Here is how 2025 unfolded.

Setting Standards in Sustainability and Innovation

The year began with powerful validation of our ESG strategy. In February, we secured our place in S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025 for the tenth consecutive year. As the singular Thailand-based company in the Electronic Equipment sector to earn this distinction, the recognition affirms our tangible progress including a 33% reduction in greenhouse gas intensity since 2017.

We immediately translated this sustainability mandate into action through a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with GPSC. This partnership initiates feasibility studies for Direct Power Purchase Agreements (Direct PPA) and Third-Party Access (TPA), aiming to integrate solar, wind, and advanced energy storage into our operations. This move secures a stable supply of green power while strengthening our resilience against global trade regulations favoring low-carbon production.

Nova Expo 2025

By March, our focus shifted to demonstrating these technologies in action. At Intelligent Asia Thailand 2025, we bridged the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT). Our exhibit displayed tools such as the INTEGRA Digital Twin Solution, helping manufacturers visualize production in real-time to optimize efficiency. Simultaneously, at NOVA Expo 2025, we presented our vision for the built environment. With buildings consuming nearly 30% of global energy, our display of AI-powered surveillance and LOYTEC building management systems illustrated how smart technology creates spaces that are energy-efficient and conducive to occupant well-being. Leading the Dialogue on Green Innovation

Delta ESG Forum 2025

Mid-year marked a period of intense engagement. In July, we hosted Delta ESG Forum 2025, gathering policymakers and experts under the theme “Collaborating for a Sustainable Thailand.” We were honored to have Mr. Sumet Tangprasert, Governor of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), deliver the Opening Address titled ‘Cross-Sector Collaboration in Achieving ESG Goals’ We moved beyond discussion to demonstrate practical applications, sharing our Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) model and celebrating an 84% renewable electricity utilization rate to inspire partners in their own green transitions. Delta Ultra Fast Charging

During the same month, at Asia Sustainable Energy Week 2025, we unveiled a comprehensive ecosystem of smart energy solutions. Headlined by the Ultra-Fast Charger 500kW (UFC 500) capable of delivering 300km of range in just 10 minutes, our showcase highlighted the critical infrastructure required to meet national net-zero goals.

Our commitment to governance earned global acclaim in July at Alpha Southeast Asia 15th Institutional Investor Awards in Singapore. Voted on by over 600 investors, Delta earned the top ranking for “Most Improved Investor Relations,” a testament to the trust we have cultivated through direct leadership engagement.

Delta Top Brand Awards

Momentum continued into August, a month defined by excellence and expansion. We reaffirmed our global ESG standing by securing a spot in the FTSE4Good Index Series for the seventh time, complemented by an "A" List rating for Supplier Engagement from CDP. Domestically, our market leadership was reinforced by Most Valuable Brand Award from Brand Finance, whose Thailand 50 2025 report ranked Delta as the country's top electronics brand with a valuation of USD 957 million

Investing in Talent and Future Infrastructure

As the third quarter progressed, we deepened our investment in Thailand’s human capital. In August, we launched Delta Cup 2025, challenging 72 engineering students to develop prototypes for “Sustainable Smart Manufacturing.” Mahidol University’s "The Blue Balaenas" team took the top prize for their autonomous hospital transport system. Education initiatives accelerated in September. We inaugurated two major facilities: Delta Power Electronics Laboratory at Burapha University, our fifth such lab and our sixth lab at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). These facilities provide students with access to state-of-the-art tools, bridging the gap between academic theory and industrial application. Furthermore, through our Future Talents Program, we sponsored 18 elite students to pursue master’s degrees in Power Electronics at National Taiwan University of Technology (NTUST), ensuring a pipeline of skilled innovators for our R&D centers.

This focus on people culminated in Delta Academy Graduation Ceremony at KMUTNB, celebrating the program’s tenth year in Thailand. Expanding beyond mechanical engineering to include mechatronics and embedded systems, the academy continues to support Thailand 4.0 vision by preparing over 1,400 participants for the era of automation.

On the commercial front, September also saw us formalize a partnership with VST ECS (Thailand). By appointing a leading IT distributor, we significantly expanded access to our UPS and data center infrastructure, ensuring enterprises across Thailand possess the reliable power backbone needed for digital transformation.

Ending the Year with Impact and Honor

The final quarter of 2025 was defined by leadership recognition and community impact. In October, we empowered Thailand’s automotive future by donating advanced EV charging infrastructure to the newly opened Automotive and Tyre Testing, Research and Innovation Center (ATTRIC). This contribution equips the Eastern Economic Corridor with world-class testing capabilities, reinforcing Thailand’s position as a regional mobility hub.

Our leadership excellence was spotlighted in October when CEO Mr. Victor Cheng received the "Top CEO Award" at the CEO Econmass Awards 2025 for the second consecutive year. This honor was matched by our success at HR Excellence Awards Thailand, where we took home Gold for Retention Strategy, validating our shift toward a personalized, people-first culture.

Delta Future Summit 2025

November marked a defining moment for our innovation strategy as we hosted Delta Future Industry Summit 2025 under the theme “Transforming Industry with AI, Automation & Energy in Southeast Asia.” Notably, Dr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, joined the event and delivered the Opening Address titled ‘Enabling Smart and Sustainable Industry in Southeast Asia for Global Impact’. This event convened policymakers and partners to chart the region's path toward intelligent, low-carbon growth. Key discussions centered on “Greening Intelligence,” where we advocated for comprehensive “grid-to-chip” power efficiency to sustain the AI boom, while expert panels on smart factories and data infrastructure showcased our readiness to power the next industrial revolution. Also in November, Delta and Siemens Smart Infrastructure formalized a global partnership to deliver prefabricated, modular power solutions designed to accelerate the deployment of data center infrastructure, while significantly reducing CAPEX. The partnership will ensure hyperscale and colocation operators gain strategic advantage in the competitive AI and cloud computing data center market, with the highest performance in power management and reliability.

Simultaneously, we celebrated a decade of fostering entrepreneurship with Delta DIPROM Angel Fund, renamed as Angel Fund Connect 2025 to honor our ten-year partnership. For this milestone edition, Delta invested THB 5 million, allocating THB 4 million to startups and introducing a THB 1 million fund for content creators to drive digital visibility. The initiative crowned EZYkids ROBOTIC as the winner, recognizing their coding-integrated learning toys that bridge the gap between education and technology, a testament to how the program nurtures the next generation of digital innovators.

The year concluded with a resounding endorsement from the investment community. At IAA Awards for Listed Companies 2025, we received double honors for "Outstanding CEO" and "Outstanding Investor Relations," marking the second consecutive year we have achieved this distinction.
