Delta Future Talent

To help prepare for this academic and professional chapter, the Future Talents are also gaining valuable exposure to Taiwan’s culture and innovation ecosystem. Their journey began with visits to Chun Shui Tang, the birthplace of bubble tea, and the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. They also experienced Delta Electronics Inc.’s global headquarters in Neihu, Taipei, where they received a warm welcome from Mr. Charles Chen, Chief Human Resources Officer of Delta Inc. This first-hand exposure to Delta’s global leadership further connects their classroom learning with real-world applications.

The academic journey was formally inaugurated on August 27 at NTUST with a special opening ceremony led by President and Chair Professor Jia-Yush Yen and faculty from the College of Industry-Academia Innovation (INNC). The ceremony was highlighted by greetings from Delta Thailand’s CTO Carl Chen, CHRO Chih-hao Huang, and Delta Taiwan CHRO Rudolf Chen, who shared their encouragement and vision for the students’ success.

Delta Future Talent

After completing their studies, the graduates will contribute their expertise in power electronics to Delta Thailand’s R&D Center, driving the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. This initiative highlights Delta’s mission to nurture the next generation of innovators, empowering young talents to thrive in a global environment while contributing to a greener and smarter future.
