Responsible
for achieving sales and margin targets set.
Define
and implement country sales strategies and targets that are in line with the
approved sales strategies of the company.
Identify
and analyse changes in commercial and technical factors relevant for business
in country in charge and recommend new ideas for the sales strategy and
business planning.
Render
knowledge and service to assisst the subsidiaries and assocaite companies as
and when require.
Establishes
sales objectives by forecasting and projecting expected sales volume and
profits.
Work
closely with the other departments within the company in achieving the
company’s objectives.
Provide
quotations and proposals to Global Account Customers regionally.
Propose
cost effective solutions for customers regionally and provide inputs and drive
new product development when required.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership
regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product
development ideas.
Support various country managers in the regions to
accomplish the sales budget assigned
Perform sales activities such as tender submission,
quotations, sales visit, sales call, sales reports
Perform sales presentations, training to customer if
required
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth
delivery to customers
Controls
expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth
Establishes
and maintains relationships with key clients and key strategic partners.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and
business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
within the team.
Qualification:
University Degree in Electrical
Engineering ,Mechanical Engineer,or other relevant fields
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in sales and related
engineering field. Proven track record of sales management.
Experience in industrial power systems involving UPS, rectifiers,
converters and inverters or telecom industry.
Hyper scale and Enterprise
Datacenter project experienced
Datacenter operation experience
is advantage
Sounded Knowledgeable of
Datacenter components such as UPS, Cooling, DCIM etc.
Related Data center certificate;
TIA942 CDCP, CDCS, CDCE and Uptime ATD preference
Strong technical skills in power electronics
Good presentation skills, sales channel management
Customer service oriented and strong in business
relationship building, strong planning, organizing and time management skills
Good negotiation skills, attention to details, follow
up and administration skills
Excellent communications skills both verbal and
written
Highly motivated and possess excellent team working
skills
