Job Description

Sr. Test Engineer (TE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mass production readiness for new products.
  • Maintain SAP routing and create standard times.
  • Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and capacity enhancement.
  • Develop SOPs, work standards, and provide shop‑floor training.
  • Improve line balancing, workflows, and production efficiency.
  • Evaluate capacity, manpower, and equipment requirements.
  • Introduce and enhance IE tools for production optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in electronics or related manufacturing fields.
  • Strong time‑management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of automation equipment is an advantage.
  • Good command of English; Chinese communication is a plus.

 

Sr. Automation Engineer (AE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, verify, and maintain automated equipment.
  • Support engineers and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Manage fixtures, tools, and inspection device applications.
  • Inspect quality of purchased and manufactured parts.
  • Develop high‑quality automation machines and new tooling technology.
  • Design automation projects and build prototypes.
  • Train technicians and support project handovers.
  • Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in automation (PLC, Robot, Servo, HMI, sensors, etc.).
  • Experience with machine‑to‑machine and machine‑to‑system interface integration.
  • Skilled in CAD/CAM, 3D/2D design, Solid Edge, tooling, SAP, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of new technology implementation and lean manufacturing.
  • Good command of English; Chinese communication is a plus.

 

Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer (ME)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools.
  • Develop large‑scale automation equipment and production systems.
  • Plan automated production line processes and design supporting equipment.
  • Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
  • Support prototyping, testing, and product validation.
  • Identify design issues related to function, manufacturability, and cost.
  • Improve and upgrade existing production equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
  • Continuously enhance design quality and development efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in mechanical design or product development.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and drafting.
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical testing.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in thermal management, structural analysis, or part design is a plus.
  • Good command of English; Chinese communication is a plus.

 

Sr. Industrial Engineer (IE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize resources (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
  • Conduct time studies, line balancing, and layout planning.
  • Support manpower and cost planning.
  • Monitor and improve productivity KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in industrial engineering or production planning.
  • Strong skills in time study, work measurement, and process optimization.
  • Analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
  • Good command of English; Chinese communication is a plus.

 

Sr. Manufacturing / Production Engineer (MFG/PD)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Improve product quality and resolve production issues.
  • Plan manpower and resources to meet production targets.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/TPS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Production Management, or related fields.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, TPS, and safety standards.
  • Good command of English; Chinese communication is a plus.
