R&D PWB Layout Engineer

Responsibilities: 

Major responsibility: 

• Design and develop high-density PWB layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and design guidelines 

• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to optimize board layouts for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness 

• Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to ensure compliance with fabrication and assembly constraints 

• Optimize signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management in complex PCB designs 

• Generate and review Gerber files, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) for production

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Skills: 

Strong technical background in the field of: 

• Basic Circuit Analysis 

• Familiarity with PCB design tools 

• Verbal and written communications skills in English. 

• Able to travel overseas
