R&D Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility assessment for new product development, output DFMEA and avoid potential production process issues from the design perspective.

• PCB Layout inspection and panel design, complete DFm scoring, and propose design improvement plans.

• Process confirmation and abnormal handling during the product sample production stage.

• Design and improve the product process flow, output process documents and process parameters, and connect with the factory's NPI line.

• Production costs at each stage, assessment of new equipment and production fixtures.

• Related to factory production transformation, assist the production line in collecting production issues and propose solutions.

• Optimize the production process of the production line to enhance the consistency of product quality.

• Product reliability improvement, TCT/THB failure mode analysis and propose of effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.

• More than 2 years of working experience as an Industrial Engineer in electronics/SMPS application.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communications skills in English.

• Chinese proficiency is a plus.

• Able to travel overseas
