R&D Firmware Design Engineer - Power Supply

You will help develop and debug embedded firmware for power electronics hardware used in AI, datacenters, networking, telecom, industrial, and medical applications. You will be responsible for setting technical standards, driving innovation, and leading high-impact projects. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with world-class customers from Silicon Valley and Europe. There may be chances to travel abroad for training or customer support in Europe or Asia.

Your main role is to:

• Review the customer specification.

• Lead firmware development for power electronics hardware in AI, datacenter, networking, telecom, industrial, and medical applications.

• Troubleshoot and working on power electronics product.

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance firmware solutions.

• Collaborate with electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and test engineer to ensure design success until reliably manufacturing
   

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer relate field.

• Strong Knowledge of UART/I2C/CAN/Modbus/SPI protocol.

• Experience in Embedded system, Microcontroller (C/C++ programming) will be of special interest.

• Experience with Python, C#, or GUI interface development is a strong advantage.

• Experience in Model based software design.

• Experience in Power Supply design, troubleshooting, and testing.

• Experience in firmware in microcontroller. STM32 Arm Cortex, Microchip DsPIC are preferred.

• Good understanding of circuit design, PCB design, and hardware debugging.

• Strong leadership, problem solving.

• Good and written communications skills in English.

• Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant experience will be given special consideration.

• Fresh graduate with proactive mindset are welcome.
