Product Engineer

Your main role is to:

• Analyzing and improving process technology.

• Executing the maintenance and repair of production equipment, replacement of components, and improve the degree of automation.

• Developing and constructing new production technology and new equipment.

• Factory layout.

• Training and inheriting production technology.

• Leading the planning and implementation of various projects.

• Support new project cross function team to problem solving in new project development stage.

• Support task assigned from supervisor.

• Carrying out product application promotion, assisting in the planning of marketing activities, publicity production, and customer briefing sessions.

• Proposing product solutions in response to global customer needs and giving respond on technical specifications to obtain bids.

• Assisting subordinate training and development.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in in Electrical Engineer, Electronic Engineer.

• Minimum 3-to-5-year experience for project management.

• Basic statistic, FMEA, MSA, Control plan, QC7 tools, APQP, IATF16949 

• Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Must be passed Delta required test of interview.
