Manufacturing Supervisor

Your main role is to:

• Production line management
• Arrange production activities according to production plan
• Management of raw material and finish good
• Shop floor control, audit and supervision
• Transferring and tracking for the mass production of new product
• Exploring, reflecting and taking action for production issue
• Production output, productivity, people management of assembly line
• Cooperate with QA, ME, Test, IE, WH, Planning department
• Quality yield improvement: cause of workmanship
• Working order management and tracking

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Material, Tool, Automotive Engineering or related field
• Able to use excel; Outlook; PowerPoint
• Manufacture experience 0-5 years or higher
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Positive thinking, people management, able to work OT, ERP SAP
• Good teamwork and able to work under high pressure
• Problem solving with 5W-1H
• Work in shift rotate: 07.40-17.25 or 20.00-05.20 (Monday – Friday)
