1) 
HRIS DevOps Intern (Human Resources Information Systems)

 Join our HRIS team to support digitalization, system enhancement, and data-related initiatives. 

You will gain hands-on experience in development support, process improvement, and cross-functional digital projects.

 What you will do

  • Support development with experienced senior dev on HR-related systems and tools
  • Assist with ad hoc digital projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Support workshop preparation, user communication, and documentation
  • Work closely with system workflows, digital tools, and business requirements

 Technical skills:

Core
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript
Back-end: Basic Node.js and REST API integration concepts
Database: Basic understanding of database structure and SQL

 Additional Exposure preferred

Front-end: Vue.js or Nuxt.js
Back-end: NestJS or AdonisJS
Database: PostgreSQL, Firebase, and ORM tools such as Prisma

Tools: Good Git version control Concept

 Nice to have

MSSQL, MinIO, Windows Single Sign-On (SSO), ASP.NET, Mobile Apps Development, 

 Good fit for

2) Employer Branding & Communication - 
A creative and communication‑driven HR track.You will work on:

  • Creating employer branding content
  • Supporting branding campaigns and engagement activities
  • Using Canva, PowerPoint, and social media tools
  • Crafting clear English communications

Students passionate about design, storytelling, and HR communication

3) Compensation & Benefits (C&B) - 
Ideal for students who enjoy numbers and structured work.You will handle:

  • Payroll & benefits data support
  • Salary structure and HR policy learning
  • Data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excel-based data analysis

Great fit for:
Analytical and meticulous students who want to specialize in C&B

 

4) Learning & Development (L&D) - For those who love organizing, coordinating, and helping people grow.

You will be involved in:

  • Training coordination and logistics
  • Learning program documentation
  • Organizing workshops and onboarding sessions
  • Using PowerPoint and Excel for training reports

Organized, communicative students with interest in organizational development

 

5) Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) - A dynamic HR function for students who enjoy interacting with people.

You will support:
