Position: PD / IE – Production / Industrial Engineer

Job Overview:

You will support product testing activities and daily test engineering operations for both NPI and Mass Production lines to achieve production targets. This role includes structured on-the-job training and mentorship.

Main Responsibilities:

• Learn and support production line management according to production plans

• Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods

• Support the application and handling of fixtures and tools

• Check and audit first-piece product quality

• Support shop floor control, audits, and supervision

• Assist in transferring and tracking new products into mass production

• Participate in identifying, analyzing, and solving production issues

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Measurement Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome (no prior experience required)

• Willingness to learn and strong teamwork skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic to good command of English (Chinese is a plus)

Position: TE – Test Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Learn and support tester setup and improvement projects

• Coordinate with production and design teams to solve test-related issues

• Monitor and review tester downtime to improve productivity

• Prepare and review test-related documentation

• Learn to generate test programs, design fixtures, and validate equipment

• Support preventive maintenance activities

• Assist in training Test Technicians and Operators

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome (no prior experience required)

• Basic knowledge of electronics and strong interest in testing engineering

• Good computer skills

• Programming knowledge (C, C++, C#, Python, VB, etc.) is an advantage

• Strong team player with a proactive learning mindset

Position: ME / AE – Mechanical / Maintenance / Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for machines, jigs, and tooling

• Learn and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs

• Support machine performance and process improvement activities

• Monitor and analyze machine performance data

• Prepare machine status and breakdown reports

• Work closely with Production, Quality, and IE teams

• Support machine installation, modification, and audit activities (IATF16949, ISO9001)

• Be available for shift work and on-site support when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome (no prior experience required)

• Willing to learn hands-on manufacturing operations

• Able to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required

• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
