Industrial Engineer (IE)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize resource utilization across Man, Machine, Material, and Method (4M) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and production layout planning to improve workflow.
- Support manpower planning, productivity studies, and cost analysis for continuous improvement.
- Monitor key productivity indicators (KPIs) and drive improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or production planning.
- Strong skills in time study, work measurement, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (listening/speaking) is a plus.
Test Engineer (TE)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute tester setup projects to ensure effective and efficient test processes.
- Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to resolve test-related issues.
- Review tester downtime, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions to maintain high productivity.
- Validate and review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop test programs, design test fixtures, and validate equipment functionality.
- Monitor and manage preventive maintenance activities for testing equipment to ensure reliability.
- Provide training to Test Technicians and operators to improve testing competency and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience designing test setups based on product specifications and schematic diagrams.
- Open to new graduates in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (preferred).
- Experience in repairing or maintaining electronic equipment is an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to supervise technical personnel.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of GPIB/HPIB interface card for equipment control is advantageous.
- Familiarity with a wide range of test and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, C++, C#, VB6, or Python is a plus.
Mechanical / Maintenance / Automation Engineer (ME/AE)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for manufacturing equipment, including machines, jigs, and tooling, ensuring stable and continuous operation.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of machines and equipment.
- Improve machine performance, reliability, and cycle time through root cause analysis and system optimization.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain machine status reports including daily/weekly breakdown summaries and downtime analyses.
- Work closely with production, quality, and industrial engineering teams to solve machine-related issues and implement improvements.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and equipment modifications.
- Assist in audit preparations and respond to corrective actions related to IATF16949, ISO 9001, and other standards.
- Be available for night shift work and provide on-site support when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing; automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends/overtime when needed.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Product Engineer / Failure Analysis Engineer (Electrical Design)
Product Engineering Responsibilities
- Lead electrical characterization, functional testing, and validation throughout development and mass production.
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends, optimize parameters, and improve yield.
- Support product qualification, reliability testing, and design verification activities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve electrical performance issues and enhance product robustness.
- Provide engineering support during New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure a smooth transition into mass production.
Failure Analysis (FA) Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed electrical failure analysis to determine root causes and define corrective/preventive actions.
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscope, curve tracer, X-ray, SEM, EMMI, and OBIRCH to isolate defects.
- Prepare comprehensive FA reports outlining test methods, findings, conclusions, and recommended actions.
- Work closely with design, quality, and supplier teams to resolve component- and system-level failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with electrical test equipment and FA methodologies.
- Understanding of semiconductor devices, power electronics, or PCB design is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with excellent root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates with strong electrical fundamentals are welcome for junior positions.
