Coordinator - Chinese Speaking (Bangpoo & Wellgrow Industrial Estate)

We are looking for Chinese Speaking for both Bangpoo Plant and Wellgrow Plant: Coordinator who will be a part of our teams.

Your main role is to:

• Coordinate integration activities between local and Chinese manufacturing teams.

• Translate and facilitate technical discussions, documents, and meetings.

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

• Support production planning, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.

• Assist in onboarding and training of international staff.

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth factory operations.

• Other works arranged by management.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Humanities, Industrial Management, General Management or other related fields

• Working experience of at least 1-3 years in in industrial engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.

• Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English and ability in Chinese is a must (HSK5 or above).

• Strong communicators and presentation skills

• Proactively take care of results through routine and project operations

• Good at tasks management, problem analysis, and problem-solving

• Excellent multi-tasking skill.
