Empowering Holistic Employee Well‑being through Partnership between Delta Thailand and Public Health Partners

BANGKOK - March 11, 2026 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited collaborates with key public health organizations to strengthen employee well‑being through the Open House Wellness Activity 2026, promoting holistic health and proactive care for employees.

The project is organized in partnership with the National Health Security Office (NHSO), Region 6 Rayong, the Samut Prakan Provincial Public Health Office, and a network of government healthcare institutions. The initiative reflects Delta Thailand’s long‑term commitment to proactive health promotion, integrating physical, mental, and emotional well‑being into workplace welfare systems for its workforce of more than 25,000 employees. At Delta Thailand, employees are at the heart of driving future innovation, and the company believes that good health is the starting point of every success.

As part of this collaboration, Delta Thailand has elevated its on‑site medical facilities into a comprehensive Wellness Center, providing healthcare services aligned with public medical standards. Employees have access to specialist care, including ear, nose, and throat physicians, as well as mental health support through certified psychotherapists. Services are available across Delta Thailand’s Bangpoo and Wellgrow locations.

To further enhance accessibility, Delta Thailand integrates digital technology through the Delta Hi application, enabling employees to schedule medical appointments, consult healthcare professionals online, and manage health services conveniently. In addition, Delta Thailand’s lactation facilities have received national recognition, ranking among the top five workplaces in Thailand for excellence in supporting breastfeeding mothers and earning certification from the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University.

The Open House Wellness Activity also marks the launch of year‑round health promotion and disease prevention programs for 2026. A key focus includes self‑collection cervical cancer screening (HPV DNA Test), aligning with the workforce profile in which approximately 80 percent of employees are women. The event brings together multiple public health agencies to provide on‑site services, including national healthcare benefit consultation, maternal and child health education, mental health awareness, stress management initiatives, and workplace disease prevention campaigns.

This collaboration delivers tangible benefits by improving early disease detection, supporting mental resilience, and reducing barriers to healthcare access. It contributes to a healthier, more engaged workforce while reinforcing collaboration between the private sector and public health organizations.

Through proactive health promotion and a sustainable workforce health ecosystem, Delta Thailand strengthens employee well being and organizational resilience while reaffirming its commitment to sustainable workforce development and long term social impact.
