A key initiative is the Delta Talent & Innovation Ecosystem, a long-term university-industry collaboration framework designed to develop skills aligned with the evolving world of work. Through partnerships with leading universities, Delta supports cooperative education programs, internships, and joint research projects that provide students and early-career talents with hands-on exposure to real industrial and business challenges.
