BANGKOK, December 22, 2025 – Delta Electronics Thailand has been recognized for the first time as one of the Top 55 Most Attractive Companies to Work For in Thailand, according to the QGEN Thailand Most Attractive Companies (QMAC) 2026 ranking. Delta was ranked at 47th among the Top 55 employers nationwide.
Conducted by QGEN Consultant, a Thailand-based people and organization consulting firm, the QMAC survey gathered over 5,000 valid responses from individuals aged 20-40 across Thailand, including university students, fresh graduates, job seekers, and working professionals. Respondents were asked to name three companies they most want to work for through open-ended responses, without predefined options or evaluation criteria. Rankings were determined solely by the frequency of company mentions, positioning the study as a perception-based benchmark of employer attractiveness.
Delta’s inclusion in the Top 55 reflects its ongoing commitment to building a future-ready, people-centric workplace. Central to this effort is the Delta Talent & Innovation Ecosystem, a long-term university-industry collaboration framework designed to develop skills aligned with the evolving world of work. Through partnerships with leading universities, Delta supports cooperative education programs, internships, and joint research and development projects that allow students and early-career talents to gain hands-on experience through real industrial and business challenges.
These collaborations are complemented by Delta’s active participation in curriculum advisory boards, where industry professionals work closely with academic institutions to ensure learning content remains relevant to emerging technologies, sustainability priorities, and business needs. Such initiatives contribute to strengthening Thailand’s long-term talent pipeline under national innovation frameworks.
In addition, Delta has introduced a structured Management Associate Program for graduates in industrial and technology-related fields. The program is designed to prepare high-potential young talents for future leadership roles through cross-functional rotations across engineering, manufacturing, technology, and business operations. Participants benefit from experiential learning, real project assignments, and close mentorship from senior leaders, helping them develop critical thinking, business acumen, and a strong systems perspective early in their careers.
Delta’s people strategy has also received regional recognition. In 2025, the company was honored at the HR Excellence Awards Thailand, organized by Human Resources Online, Asia’s leading HR publication. Delta received:
