Test Engineer (TE)
Your main role is to:
Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with specifications.
Develop and improve test methods and equipment.
Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures.
Support audits and customer inspections related to testing processes.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
5–15 years of experience in product testing or validation.
Knowledge of test equipment, failure analysis, and quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
Experience in automotive or electronics industry is a plus.
Good command of both spoken and written English
Ability to communicate in Chinese listening/speaking is optional.
Product Engineer / Failure Analysis (PE/FA)
Your main role is to:
Lead product development and engineering change activities.
Analyze product failures and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams.
Maintain and update technical documentation (BOM, drawings, ECN).
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
5–15 years of experience in product engineering or failure analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, and root cause analysis tools.
Good command of both spoken and written English
Ability to communicate in Chinese listening/speaking is optional.
Application Engineer (AE)
Your main role is to:
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions.
Coordinate with sales and R&D to develop customized applications.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5–15 years of experience in application or customer engineering.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in automotive or industrial systems preferred.
Good command of both spoken and written English

Manufacturing Engineer (ME)
Your main role is to:
Design and optimize manufacturing processes.
Support new equipment installation and production line setup.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
Lead Lean, Kaizen, and TPM activities.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
5–15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
Knowledge of process design, line balancing, and automation.
Familiar with ISO/IATF standards and continuous improvement tools.
Good command of both spoken and written English
Ability to communicate in Chinese listening/speaking is optional.
Industrial Engineer (IE)
Your main role is to:
Analyze and improve resource utilization (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
Conduct time studies, line balancing, and layout planning.
Support manpower planning and cost analysis.
Monitor and improve productivity KPIs.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
5–15 years of experience in industrial engineering or production planning.
Proficient in time study, work measurement, and process optimization.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English

Quality Assurance (QA)
Your main role is to:
Ensure product and process quality meets standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP).
Support internal and external audits.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
5–15 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English

SMT Engineer
Your main role is to:
Manage SMT production processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot SMT line issues and improve yield.
Support new product introduction in SMT lines.
Monitor and reduce defect rates through data analysis.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
5–15 years of experience in SMT process engineering.
Familiar with SMT machines (e.g., Fuji, Panasonic) and reflow soldering.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English

NPI / Project Management (NPI/PM)
Your main role is to:
Lead new product introduction projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Communicate project status to stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
5–15 years of experience in NPI or program management.
Strong project planning and coordination skills.
Experience with APQP, ECN, and customer communication.
Good command of both spoken and written English

Production Control / Production Material Control (PC/PMC)
Your main role is to:
Plan and control production schedules and material requirements.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze production data to improve planning accuracy.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
5–15 years of experience in production/material planning.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Process Improvement Team (PIT)
Your main role is to:
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Lead cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5–15 years of experience in process improvement or CI roles.
Certified in Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
Strong data analysis and project management skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English

Production (PD)
Your main role is to:
Manage daily production operations.
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in production lines.
Plan manpower and resources based on production volume.
Lead continuous improvement activities.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Production Management.
5–15 years of experience in production supervision or management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with TPS, Lean, and safety standards.
Good command of both spoken and written English
