Job Summary
Hands-on magnetics design in high frequency power converter.
Responsibilities:
- Perform magnetics design calculation and power loss analysis such as PFC choke, Transformer, Resonant inductor, EMI filter
- Perform magnetics simulation in Finite Element Analysis Software such as FEMM, Ansys, Quickfield
- Perform magnetics design for manufacturing
- Coordinate with other R&D centers in different countries
Qualification
- Master’s Degree in power electronics or machine design or experienced from related industry or PhD degree
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems in details.
- Able to use some simulation software, MathCAD or writing some script languages
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Professional working attitude, high responsibility and good teamwork
Skills:
Strong technical background in the field of:
- Strong background on magnetics design
- Background on power electronics
