Job Responsibilities:
Managing administrative tasks and activities to support factory departments.
Summary and update tasks on databases, budgeting, recording and maintaining.
Prepare regular performance report as weekly and monthly.
Continually review and improve administrative work processes.
Others administrative tasks assigned by managers.
Ensure that an administrative operation follows company policies & procedures, and standardized processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems
Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret reports
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improving administrative processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of budgeting, record-keeping, and company policy compliance is an advantage
Proficiency in English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus
