Plant Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks and activities to support factory departments. 

  • Summary and update tasks on databases, budgeting, recording and maintaining. 

  • Prepare regular performance report as weekly and monthly. 

  • Continually review and improve administrative work processes. 

  • Others administrative tasks assigned by managers. 

  • Ensure that an administrative operation follows company policies & procedures, and standardized processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret reports

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improving administrative processes

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of budgeting, record-keeping, and company policy compliance is an advantage

  • Proficiency in English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus
