Mechanical Design Senior Engineer - R&D Center

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Industrial & Medical Business Unit products. Mechanical Design Sr. Engineer responsible for assisting in developing power electronics hardware for industrial and medical application.

Major responsibility:

• Materials structure design, custom parts specification define, product assembly define and advice, thermal & acoustic noise plan for telecom, server and networking product.
• To support all mechanical related activities, including mechanical design, mechanical design verification tests, reliability engineering test support, design review meeting, customer conference call, factory DFM and supplier DFM review and factory build support.
• Basic structure analysis and verify.
• Product reliability failure mode root cause analysis and solutions.
• Cross function communicates, guideline define, maintain and achieve.
• Create BOM, specification for control the assembly.
• Design for cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical.
• 5-10 years of related experience in related fields.
• **Expatriates are welcome but have to had experiences related to the requirements (At least 5+years of experience).
