HR Compliance Officer / Sr. Officer (Bangpoo)

Your main role is to:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all union-related matters and negotiations. 
  • Collaborate with union leaders to address concerns, disputes, and grievances. 
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws. 
  • Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements to HR policies and practices. 
  • Work closely with Leadership team to develop and update policies that align with both legal   requirements and union agreements. 
  • Provide guidance on HR policies to ensure consistency and fairness in unionized environments. 
  • Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and contract renewals. 
  • Advise on strategies to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining positive labor relations. 
  • Maintain accurate records of union activities, negotiations, and agreements. 
  • Ensure proper documentation of all HR compliance efforts. 
  • Manage and resolve disputes between management and union representatives. 
  • Investigate and address employee grievances in collaboration with legal counsel. 
  • Develop and implement HR Compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. 
  • Investigate and address employee complaints or concerns related to HR Compliance. 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree OR Master Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relation, Psychology or any other related field. 
  • A minimum 10 years’ experience in Plant HR management Field 
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Union Management fields, Expertise in Collective Bargain and negotiation 
  • *In-Depth knowledge of Labor Laws, Collective Bargain Agreement.
  • Strong Personality with Tough Attitude.
