Verify and create new specification document for new part/ new components evaluation guidelines.
Verify and create new Delta P/N for new components.
Review all related BOM [Preliminary BOM/ Customer BOM/ Safety BOM or Production BOM] and provide recommendation to Design Engineer to be completely compliance with Component Standardization,
Multiple Source strategy, Customer compliant and Safety compliance.
Preparing Customer environmental report following each customer specific requirement.
Perform Material Evaluation for Components Qualification and approval
Maintaining Q-Info data into system for smooth production.
Cooperating with Commodity Team or related Team for supplier quality improvement.
Cooperate with Team for initiate and Develop New Materials and New Sources or New supplier for new Design & Cost competition.
Cooperate and Support to verify & trouble shooting the Material or Component Issues.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related field
Prefer 2 years of working experience related field, new graduates are also welcome
