HR Wellbeing:
• Design, implement, and manage employee Wellness Center, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Oversee the daily operations of the company’s clinic room, ensuring it is well-equipped, clean and safe.
• Organize workshops, training, and activities that promote Wellness Center.
• Work closely with ER and Healthcare provider to promote Wellness programs, including clinic room, annual checkup, vaccination, sport activities, etc.
• Data Management & Reporting of wellbeing programs and services.
HR Welfare & Benefits:
• Checking monthly labor and health insurance bills and conduct annual reviews of labor and health insurance plans to align with company policy.
• Manage the reimbursement process for medical expenses claim and other benefits which relate with health.
• Communicate clearly with employees about their eligibility, benefits, and medical expense coverage options
Who are we looking for?
Minimum degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of wellness principles, health behavior changes theories, and best practices in health promotion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective wellness programs and workshops.
Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in using technology and various software applications for communication, data collection, and analysis.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of relevant health and wellness resources and community organizations.
