HR Wellbeing:
• Design, implement, and manage employee Wellness Center, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Oversee the daily operations of the company’s clinic room, ensuring it is well-equipped, clean and safe.
• Organize workshops, training, and activities that promote Wellness Center.
• Work closely with ER and Healthcare provider to promote Wellness programs, including clinic room, annual checkup, vaccination, sport activities, etc.
• Data Management & Reporting of wellbeing programs and services.

HR Welfare & Benefits:
• Checking monthly labor and health insurance bills and conduct annual reviews of labor and health insurance plans to align with company policy.
• Manage the reimbursement process for medical expenses claim and other benefits which relate with health.
• Communicate clearly with employees about their eligibility, benefits, and medical expense coverage options

 

Who are we looking for?
 

  • Minimum degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of wellness principles, health behavior changes theories, and best practices in health promotion.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective wellness programs and workshops.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in using technology and various software applications for communication, data collection, and analysis.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Knowledge of relevant health and wellness resources and community organizations.
