Location: Bangpoo / Wellgrow
Key Responsibilities
- Support production process improvement and line optimization
- Assist in NPI and mass production activities
- Analyze production issues and improve productivity
- Prepare SOPs and monitor production performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good analytical, teamwork, and communication skills
- Basic English proficiency
TE – Test Engineer
Location: Bangpoo / Wellgrow
Key Responsibilities
- Support tester setup and validation
- Troubleshoot testing issues with production teams
- Improve test efficiency and equipment performance
- Prepare test documentation and maintenance plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Programming knowledge is an advantage (C/C++, Python, C#, VB)
- Strong problem-solving skills
ME / AE – Mechanical / Maintenance / Automation Engineer
Location: Bangpoo / Wellgrow
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve machines, equipment, and automation systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support production line efficiency improvement
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
SMT Engineer
Location: Bangpoo
Key Responsibilities
- Support SMT process development for NPI and mass production
- Improve production efficiency and product quality
- Analyze process issues and implement corrective actions
- Optimize SMT equipment and production flow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of SMT processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills
