Objective:
This position is responsible for building strong relationships with business stakeholders, collecting business requirements, formulating functional designs, prototyping solutions, conducting data analysis, testing, and training the business on features developed
Your main role is to:
- Develop and provide analytical support for BI solutions released to the business.
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders in all levels of the company.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
- Execute testing needed to assure the desired functionality and data integrity of solutions meet the business requirements and deadlines.
- Proactively identify data quality issues and recommend data integrity checks to alert users when such issues occur.
- Proactively assist in communicating to users with respect to software upgrades and new features released.
- Responsible for test new technologies, software upgrades and new features released, consults with IT relative partners and/or users on appropriate of new technologies.
- Hot line and user help desks, and provide the appropriate training on user.
- Coordinates all systems maintenance projects.
- Responsible for all functions that is assigned by supervisor and CIO.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in Computer, Electronics, or IT related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT Business Analysis role or any programming.
- Ability to understand complex business system processes and clearly articulate business requirements.
- Ability to perform detailed data analysis (i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source system data and data samples).
- Proficient in one of BI tool such as SAPBI, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.
- Proficient in database, data structure knowledge.
- Professional experience in successfully supporting users reporting and data needs.
- Some experience with SAP-ERP/HANA/BW/MSSQL is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skill with high innovative and creative idea, self management, strong time management and problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic and active person with ability to work under pressure
- Fair-to-Good English communication skills
- The desire to be a strong team player
