Role & Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, designing and support LANs, WANs, WLAN network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Inventory and maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor networks device and connectivity to ensure all services are readiness, Evaluate and tuning system's performance.
• Determine network and system requirements.
• Maintain and develops architecture for today Systems and future support.
• Responsible for test new technologies in the organization, consults with users on appropriate of new technologies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years' experience in related field.
• Good command of English and good communication skill.
• Good analytical skill and problem solving skill.
• Excellent service mind with positive action.
• The desire to be a strong team player.

To work with Operation Manager in setting departmental goals and objectives and also be responsible in leading a section to ensure effective implementation of the departmental goals and objectives.

Your main role is to:

• Set up goals and practise plan to make department goals achievement .
• Check practise plan and solve problem to make department achievement. 
• Verify the implementation of quality system for continuous improvement. 
• To established, implemented, maintained, and improvement the department OPI to meet Factory OPI. 
• Reduce COPQ of manufacturing process. 
• Effective handling failure analysis process to nonconforming product 
• To manage and development of department human resources with training center 
• To do the spare part management per SOP 
• To do the idle machine fixed asset management per SOP 
• To do machine acceptance process per SOP 
• To promote the disciplinary use of data analysis and graph throughout department job function 
• To be as process owner role for offer problem to be six sigma project and control phase implementation.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Good command of speaking, reading and writing in english. 
• Working experience 5 years in design and improve process, equipment, machine 
• Able to maintenance management and human management 20 persons up.
• Strong problem-solving skills in quality system implementation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in OPI establishment, maintenance, and improvement.
• Familiarity with COPQ reduction strategies in manufacturing.
• Proficient in failure analysis processes and nonconforming product management.
• Ability to manage human resources and training programs effectively.
• Knowledge of spare part and idle machine management per SOP.
• Experience with machine acceptance processes and SOP compliance.
• Skilled in data analysis and graph utilization for process improvement.
• Six Sigma certification and project management experience preferred.

Job Summary

Hands-on magnetics design in high frequency power converter.

Responsibilities:

• Perform magnetics design calculation and power loss analysis such as PFC choke, Transformer, Resonant inductor, EMI filter
• Perform magnetics simulation in Finite Element Analysis Software such as FEMM, Ansys, Quickfield
• Perform magnetics design for manufacturing
• Coordinate with other R&D centers in different countries

Qualification

• Master’s Degree in power electronics or machine design or experienced from related industry or PhD degree
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems in details.
• Able to use some simulation software, MathCAD or writing some script languages
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Professional working attitude, high responsibility and good teamwork
