Bangkok, Thailand, December 20, 2024 – Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL., a global leader in power management and IoT-based Smart Green Solutions, has recently signed a sales agreement with WEnergy Global Pte Ltd (Singapore), a pioneer in sustainable energy systems, to deliver advanced microgrid solutions for decentralized and sustainable energy projects in the Philippines.
This partnership combines Delta’s state-of-the-art power technologies, including advanced energy management systems and battery energy storage solutions, with WEnergy Global’s expertise in designing and implementing off-grid power grids, aiming to bring clean, reliable energy to underserved communities and industries.
In the first phase, the collaboration will focus on deploying sustainable power solutions across 16 off-grid microgrids in Palawan, Philippines, bringing electricity to over 30,000 people in remote areas. This project represents a significant step forward in the energy transition, reflecting the shared vision of both companies to create scalable and impactful energy solutions while enhancing energy resilience and driving sustainable development in Southeast Asia.
