Delta Introduced its Latest Innovation- Delta DC Wallbox EV Charger to Minister of Energy at Asean Sustainable Energy Week 2017

June 7-10, 2017 General Anantaporn Kanjanarat, Minister of Energy, presided over the opening of ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week 2017 at BITEC exhibition center, Bangna. General Anantaporn also visited Delta’s booth and was greeted by Mr. Curtis Ku, Senior Director, and Mr. Kittisak Ngoenngokngam, SEA Business Director from Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. The exhibition is ASEAN’s largest technology tradeshow and conference on renewable energy, energy efficiency and environmental conservation. Two of the latest Delta innovations showcased include Delta DC Wallbox EV Charger 25kW which is introduced ahead of the much anticipated electric vehicle (EV) revolution in Thailand. The product is designed for use in different surroundings including pump stations, office buildings and condominiums while taking just 30-40 minutes to fully charge a vehicle. Another new product is the Delta E30 Energy Storage System (ESS) which can store solar power for use even during the absence of sunlight. It is a highly useful innovation for facilities like office buildings, manufacturing plants and residential buildings. This innovation is in line with the government’s policy to promote renewable energy for sustainable and smart cities; and purchase the surplus electricity generated from private sectors and residences for public distribution.
