Delta Thailand Facilitates Healthier Living at Land & Houses’ Premium Riverside Project with Advanced Indoor Air Quality Solutions

BANGKOK – January 26, 2026Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, announced today a collaboration with Land and Houses, one of Thailand’s leading property developers, to elevate indoor air quality at the new Wan Vayla Na Chaophraya riverside condominium. As Bangkok continues to face the persistent seasonal challenge of rising PM2.5 levels, this partnership integrates Delta’s high-efficiency ventilation into the building’s AirPlus² system, delivering a practical and robust solution for cleaner residential living.

Mr. Curtis Ku, Country Director at Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL., stated, “At Delta, our mission extends beyond energy conservation by providing smart, green solutions that tangibly improve quality of life. We are proud to support the AirPlus² system at Wan Vayla Na Chaophraya. By integrating our energy-efficient ventilation, we are helping to create a home environment where residents can breathe comfortably, knowing their living space is actively filtered and protected against PM2.5 and outdoor pollutants.”

AirPlus² by Land and Houses functions like the “lungs” of the home. Integrated with Delta’s Fresh Air Supply Fans (model VDB150CXTH-F), the system actively filters and supplies outdoor air at up to 150 m³/h, significantly reducing harmful particulate matter. By continuously introducing fresh air, the system helps dilute indoor PM2.5 concentrations and supports a healthy indoor environment, while operating at noise levels as low as 23dB even at maximum airflow. Powered by an energy-efficient DC motor, the solution delivers quiet, reliable performance without disrupting the tranquillity of the home.

Delta’s Smart Motion Sensor Exhaust Fan technology provides smart, on-demand ventilation. These units are designed to detect movement and automatically activate to remove humidity, odors, and airborne contaminants efficiently. To ensure thorough air exchange even after a resident leaves a room, the exhaust fan features a smart delay timer. The fan continues to operate at full speed for a user-set duration of up to 60 minutes before transitioning to an energy-saving low-speed mode, ensuring no pollutants linger.

Ultimately, this collaboration exemplifies Delta’s focus on empowering healthier, sustainable living across Thailand. The deployment of advanced ventilation solutions within high-profile developments such as Wan Vayla Na Chaophraya by Land and Houses clearly demonstrates the tangible impact of Delta’s green technology in addressing critical urban challenges. This initiative reaffirms the company’s commitment to engineering a better tomorrow, proving that reliable, high-performance innovation is the key to a more comfortable quality of life for residents amidst a changing environment.
