DELTA rated “Excellent” with a full score of 100 for a high standard of good corporate governance for the conduct of 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Plc. has been rated “Excellent” for the high standard of Annual General Meeting (AGM) conducted in the year 2009 from the Thai Investors Association. The Company is 1 of 41 top-ranking companies (out of total 497 companies) who obtained a full score of 100 and achieved the “Excellent” level of rating for 3 consecutive years. This campaign is conducted annually with the objective to encourage all the listed company to realize the shareholders’ rights and improve its standard of conducting the AGM under the good corporate governance concept.
