Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited held the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 3 April 2009 at its office in Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn, Thailand. The Chairman, Mr. James Ng, gave a welcome speech to the shareholders and the meeting was conducted according to the agenda set in the Notice of Annual General Shareholders' Meeting. Several questions and suggestions were raised by the shareholders during each agenda.
