BANGKOK - February 7, 2026 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited successfully hosted the Delta Thailand 2026 Annual Conference with partner universities - Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Mahidol University, Burapha University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang - reaffirming its commitment to advancing long-term collaboration in sustainable development and human capital cultivation. The conference served as a strategic platform for universities and industry to jointly shape Thailand’s future workforce and ensure alignment with evolving industrial demands.
Through open dialogue, participating universities and Delta Thailand representatives exchanged insights on strengthening education-industry integration, leveraging Delta Thailand’s first-hand expertise and advanced industrial automation technologies to foster a smarter and more sustainable environment amid rapid globalizations.
Delta Thailand emphasized the importance of ongoing collaboration between universities and industry. This year, the company is focusing on how industry can contribute effectively while universities cultivate a highly skilled workforce to meet global demand. The company is confident that the 2026 initiatives will significantly bridge the gap between the two sectors.

A key highlight of the conference was the presentation of the Delta Automation Training Structure and Timeline for 2026, aimed at enhancing students’ practical skills and industry readiness. The program includes comprehensive technical training in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human–Machine Interface (HMI), Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), and servo systems, supported by structured post-assessment, hands-on project implementation, and continuous knowledge development throughout the year.
In addition, the conference addressed key collaborative activities, including the Delta Cup 2026 – Engineering Skill Contest, the Delta Automation Graduation Ceremony, and other joint initiatives tailored to the needs of individual academic partners. These initiatives are designed to inspire innovation, recognize student achievement, and strengthen long-term cooperation between Delta Thailand and educational institutions.
