Bangkok, Thailand, April 2, 2024 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. joined CP Group and True Corporation at the launch of the award-winning reality show, TRUE LITTLE MONK: The Wisdom Training Programme for Novices, at True Digital Park in Bangkok. Delta is supporting the Thai monk trainee reality show with a 100,000 baht sponsorship and a 86" NovoTouch interactive touchscreen for the duration of the show to be used during the classes at the training center.
This year 12 boys were selected from 5,800 applicants nationwide. The reality show will follow the novice monks training at Thaweetham Dhamma Practice Center (Rai Saeng Ngam), Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
The True Little Monk is the first reality documentary for monk trainees in Thailand that inspires a world of compassion and kindness. The program intends to broadcast the real lives of young boys of different races who live together to learn Buddhism for peace of mind. The monk trainees learn how to meditate, develop mindfulness and how to live together in a relationship of coexistence.
The lives of the 12 young novices in the training programme will be broadcast 24 hours a day from 18 April - 18 May on the TrueVisions channels 60, 99 or online www.truelittlemonk.com. The reality show aims to offer viewers all over the world beneficial Buddhist practices and teachings that can be applied to daily life. The ultimate goal is to bring peace to the world.
