Bangkok, Thailand, September 9, 2019 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. received the Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award from the Ministry of Labour. This is the 10th consecutive year for Delta to win the award to recognize its excellence in Labour Relations and Welfare.
Mr. Yongyuth Pakdoungjan, Delta Human Resource Development Director, represented the company to receive the award from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare at the Ministry of Labour. This year’s award ceremony was at the Grand Diamond Ballroom of IMPACT Convention Center.
The Ministry of Labor organized the award to recognize companies with outstanding workplace labor relations and welfare. The award program focuses on promoting good corporate practices according to international standardized labor management systems and encouraging both employers and employees to realize the benefits of bilateral labor management to prevent and solving labor issues.
In addition to its commitment to excellent labor relations, Delta has a wide range of programs to create a happy and safe workplace. Opportunities for employees include part-time work, continuing education classes and breastfeeding rooms for mothers.
