DELTA USHERS IN THAI NEW YEAR

Delta Electronics (Thailand) ushers in the Thai new year, Songkran, with a simple traditional Songkran ceremony in Thai temple fair atmosphere in our Samutprakarn, Wellgrow and Chachoengsao plants. During the ceremony, the Company’s executives and employees dressed in beautiful traditional Thai costumes bathed the Buddha statues and proceeded with the rod nam dam hua ritual whereby younger individuals pour water mixed with fragrant perfume in the palms of their elders and Buddha statues to ask for blessing.

As the ceremony is also a celebration of the rich Thai history and culture, our suppliers and customers who were on-site were invited to participate.
