Delta Wins Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand Values Award 2018

Bangkok, Thailand, September 20, 2018 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. received Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand Values Award 2018 by the Chulalongkorn Business School and organized in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The award ceremony was held at the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Bangkok. This is the fourth consecutive year for Delta to win the prestigious award, achieving corporate brand value worth 58,378 million baht according to Chulalongkorn University’s Corporate Brand Success (CBS) Valuation.

At the award ceremony, Professor Bundhit Eua-arporn, President of Chulalongkorn University, presented Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand Values 2018 Award to Mr. Hsieh Shen-yen, Delta President. Since winning the starting from the Rising Star Award in 2014, Delta has won the awards for top corporate brand values in the electronic components sector for the subsequent three consecutive years.

This year sees Chulalongkorn University expanding the scope of research to the regional level for the first time. Six ASEAN’s Top Corporate Brand Values Awards were awarded to corporations from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

The award recognizes Thai and ASEAN’s corporations in various industries with outstanding corporate brand value. The award uses a quantitative and publicly reviewed methodology developed at Chulalongkorn Business School called CBS Valuation. The CBS Valuation is an integrated brand valuation technique based on marketing, finance, and accounting concepts.
