Delta Speaks at Taiwan AIoT Industry & COMPUTEX 2018

 

Bangkok, Thailand, December 01, 2017Mr. Curtis Ku, Delta’s Regional Business Director, was an invited speaker at the Press Conference of Taiwan AIoT Industry & COMPUTEX 2018 hosted by TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel. TAITRA seeks to drive the Taiwan Government’s “Go South” Policy of developing comprehensive relations with ASEAN, South Asia, Australia and New Zealand while supporting the expansion of Taiwan’s ICT companies into the Thailand market and boosting ICT industry cooperation between the two countries. 

 

Ms. Emilia Shih, Executive Deputy Director of TAITRA’s Exhibition Department, said that Taiwan is widely recognized as a manufacturing power house of ICT products and devices. Meanwhile, Taiwan is also branding itself as a global technology hub in Asia by fostering the development of disruptive IoT applications. COMPUTEX 2018 syncs the latest technology with global ICT trends with its focus on AI & Robotics, IoT Applications, 5G, Innovations and Startups. The event has two features: SmarTEX that showcases the latest IoT applications and InnoVEX that is designed for global startups to meet up with investors and manufacturing partners.
