German Business Association WVIB Delegation Visiting Delta Electronics (Thailand)

The German business association WVIB (Wirtschaftsverband in Baden) is a networking platform of 1,000 industrial companies mainly located in Southwest Germany. The association represents over 190,000 employees and over 40 Billion EUR revenue and is mainly consisting of medium-size companies (The German Mittelstand). The main target is to provide a platform for experience exchange on various management levels as well as trainings for the employees. Delta Energy Systems (Germany) GmbH in Teningen is a member of the WVIB association and benefitting from various trainings as well as working groups in management, quality, HR and sales.

A WVIB delegation visited Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. Bangpoo plant on March 9, 2016 and spent a few more days visiting European company in Thailand. Our President, Mr. Dick Hsieh, welcomed the WVIB delegation and accompanied the team for half a day in plant tour, showroom introduction and video presentations about the company. The WVIB delegation was very impressed by the high-tech products being developed and manufactured by Delta as well as the high quality manufacturing sites. Mr. K.K. Chong introduced Delta organization, the strength of our international presence and explained the various advantages of Delta products in the newly refurbished showroom. The delegation was then shown the production lines as well as Delta’s very modern data center.

Delta Electronics (Thailand) has been by far the biggest Thai company the WVIB delegation has visited during the tour and they have been overwhelmed by the sheer size of the operations as well as the cleanliness and discipline.
