Delta Electronics (Thailand) Contributes Strategic Insights at ITD Southeast Asia Forum 2025

BANGKOK – September 12, 2025 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL., joined regional and international leaders at the ITD Southeast Asia Trade and Development Forum 2025, held on September 11 at the Dusit Thani Bangkok. The forum, jointly organized by the International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD), the Ministry of Commerce and UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), brought together policymakers, industry leaders and experts to address how Southeast Asia can navigate shifting global trade dynamics shaped by tariffs, climate regulation and technological disruption.

Businesses everywhere are being tested by inflation, supply chain strains and climate events that have reshaped markets. At Delta, we responded to these disruptions by pivoting toward advanced power conversion and cooling systems for high-performance computing, allowing us to capture new opportunities from the rapid growth of data centers and generative AI. Uncertainty has become the new normal in global trade, but by staying close to our partners and committing to sustainable innovation, we can turn challenges into long-term opportunities that create value for both our customers and society” said Mr. Jackie Chang, Chief Operating Officer and President of Delta Electronics Thailand, who spoke as a panelist in the session “Reimagining Trade: Turning Uncertainty into Opportunity.”

Building on this momentum, Delta sees continued opportunity in AI-driven infrastructure, including liquid cooling and advanced power systems, as demand for data processing accelerates. At the same time, the company is expanding its leadership in electrification with solutions such as EV chargers, on-board EV systems and energy storage to support Southeast Asia’s transition toward a low-carbon economy.
