Delta Included in CDP’s List of Official Samples 2019

Bangkok, April 9, 2019 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. was included in CDP’s List of Official Samples 2019 which contains a list of companies by sample that respond to CDP’s climate change, forests and water security questionnaires for 2018. CDP, formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project, is a global disclosure system for companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts and for investors or purchasers to access environmental information for use in financial decisions.

Delta is among the 800 global companies in emerging markets in CDP’s list of companies requested by investors to complete the climate change questionnaire in 2018. Selection for inclusion varies between samples, and is either based on an index or stock exchange. In addition, Delta is among the 2,200 global companies included in CDP Continuity Samples List 2019.

In 2018, Delta participated in the CDP climate change related questionnaire and public environmental data disclosure for the 3rd consecutive year. Delta was one of 23 companies in Thailand to submit the questionnaire in the CDP science-based disclosure system which helps guide participants to achieve an effective organizational plan in mitigating the impact of climate change.
